When I was pregnant with my first and only child in 2021, I had been in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for only a year and a half. My mom suggested having a doula that can help with concerns and questions since she was not nearby. When we interviewed LaKiesha, we both felt a spirit of genuineness and love that
assured us that she would be the perfect doula for me.

If I did not contact her, she would check in on me. LaKiesha offered me resources on matters I had not even begun to think about but would need soon. She helped prepare me for the birth process and was very supportive of what I wanted the experience to be. She was with me every step of the way: from creating my delivery plan, telling me what to expect during my labor, after birth, and even followed up with me and my baby boy after we were home.

LaKiesha is kind, listens to your fears, and calms you through them. She is an excellent communicator and anything she can help you with she will. We were very satisfied with her services during our very personal and intimate journey of the birth of our precious little one.

I cannot say enough great things about LaKiesha. This was my first birth and I chose to have it at home. LaKiesha was very attentive to me and knowledgeable about ways to ease my pain. I remember sitting on the toilet through a contraction and she came and let me lay my head on her. Such a simple gesture but it helped SO much. She really cared about me. She’s also great at hip squeezes which gave me so much relief. My family that attended my birth had great things to say about her as well. I would not hesitate to have her as my doula again.
